This document clarifies the ways in which we (dynodel) collect, store, use and protect your data throughout our services.
This Privacy Policy applies as part of our Terms of Service. Please refer to the Terms of Service for more information about specific definitions including "dynodel" and "the services".
By using any of the services, you agree to abide by the terms described in our Terms of Service. As part of this, you agree to the data outlined in this policy being collected, stored and used in the ways we describe.
The following list describes all data that dynodel stores and collects through your use of the services, which may be related to you as a user or directly provided by you.
"lachlanauth" is the name of the dynodel service that manages user accounts. These accounts may be created in lachlanauth itself (auth.dynodel.com), or by connecting a third party account in another service (such as in the lachlanblackjack Discord Activity).
When you create an account, it exists across all dynodel services.

"lachlanim" is a simple messaging service. Whenever you send a message in lachlanim, we store the message data to distribute to other users.
If you access lachlanim with a lachlanauth account, the messages you sent will be linked back to your account. Otherwise, messages will not be linked back to you.
Message Data includes:
"lachlantransfer" is an ephemeral file sharing service. When you upload a file to lachlantransfer, the file and some metadata are temporarily stored on dynodel's servers. lachlantransfer does not link to lachlanauth accounts.
The file metadata includes the file type, size, upload time, and a link back to your session (which resets if you refresh the page). This metadata is never written to persistent storage.
The file itself is stored to allow other users to download the file.
Data is stored in dynodel's network with appropriate security measures in place, and private data is never exposed to the public. We will take effort to remain transparent and notify you as soon as possible if we believe any breach of data has occurred.
We store data for the sole purpose of providing functionality in our services, through our web services. Under no circumstances is any user data shared with third parties.
Some of our services are available embedded in third party platforms, such as Discord, but none of your data is shared with these platforms.
If you wish to delete your Account Data, or any other data relating to you in dynodel's services, please make this request by emailing [email protected] with your account username and the data you wish to be deleted.
