This document clarifies the ways in which we (dynodel) collect, store, use and protect your data throughout our services.
This Privacy Policy applies as part of our Terms of Service. Please refer to the Terms of Service for more information about specific definitions including "dynodel" and "the services".
By using any of the services, you agree to abide by the terms described in our Terms of Service. As part of this, you agree to the data outlined in this policy being collected, stored and used in the ways we describe.
The following list describes all data that dynodel stores and collects through your use of the services.
Such data may be related to you as a user or directly provided to us by you.
An account with dynodel is referred to as a "lachlanaccount". It may be created by you at account.dynodel.com, or it may be created by connecting a third party account via another service (such as Discord via the lachlanblackjack Discord Activity).
When you create an account, it exists across all dynodel services.
Account Data includes:
"lachlanbank" is a virtual banking service provided by dynodel. Any user with a lachlanaccount is automatically enrolled into lachlanbank.
Bank Data includes:
"lachlanim" is a simple messaging service provided by dynodel. Whenever you send a message in lachlanim, we store the message to distribute to other users.
If you access lachlanim with a lachlanaccount, the messages you sent will be linked back to your account. Otherwise, messages will not be linked back to you after your guest session expires.
Message Data includes:
"lachlantransfer" is an ephemeral file sharing service provided by dynodel. When you upload a file to lachlantransfer, the file and some metadata are temporarily stored on dynodel's servers.
The file metadata includes the file type, size, and upload time, and is linked back to your session. Your session is only temporary and cannot be linked back to you once it expires, which happens whenever you close the page. This metadata is never written to persistent storage.
The file itself is stored to allow other users to download the file.
Game services provided by dynodel store historical game results and information in order to provide result histories, leaderboards, and inform future development.
If you access these services with a lachlanaccount or another third party account (such as a Discord Account via Discord), your game results will be linked to your account. Otherwise, while your game results will still be stored, they will not be linked back to you in any way.
Data is stored in dynodel's network with appropriate security measures in place, and private data is never exposed to the public. We will take effort to remain transparent and notify you as soon as possible if we believe any breach of data has occurred.
We store data for the sole purpose of providing functionality across our services. Under no circumstances is any user data shared with third parties.
Some of our services are available embedded in third party platforms, such as Discord, but none of your data is shared with these platforms from us.
If you wish to delete your Account Data, or any other data relating to you in dynodel's services, please make this request by emailing [email protected] with your account username and the data you wish to be deleted.
