dynodel terms of service

These Terms of Service, including our Privacy Policy, act as a legal agreement between dynodel ("we", "us", "our") and yourself. By using and interacting with any of the services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

"dynodel" refers to the following services: dynodel.com (including all web services accessible at subdomains *.dynodel.com), dynodel's API (api.dynodel.com), and all Discord Activities produced under the lachlangames team (lachlanblackjack). When we say "dynodel", "we", "us", "our", or refer to the "services" in this document, we are referring to all of the above services.

Conditions

The key words "MUST", "MUST NOT", "REQUIRED", "SHALL", "SHALL NOT", "SHOULD", "SHOULD NOT", "RECOMMENDED", "MAY", and "OPTIONAL" in this document are to be interpreted as described in RFC 2119.

• You MUST NOT use the services in any way that violates any user's rights, including but not limited to their personal and intellectual rights.
• You MUST NOT use the services in any way that poses a security vulnerability to other users.
• You MUST NOT attempt to abuse, exploit or misuse the services in any way with an intention or consequence of any of the following:

  • Contravening a third party's Terms of Service (for example, Discord).
• You MAY attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the services exclusively for educational purposes, subject to the previous conditions.

We reserve the right to prevent any user from interacting with the services at any time and for any reason, including violation of these terms.

If you believe you have been incorrectly restricted from any of the services, you should contact us to resolve the issue.
